Before it was a vacation rental, The 416 was our family's home. Since 2022, we've shared it with families and friends who come to gather under one roof, and many return year after year. Our Preferred Guest Program is our way of saying thank you: a family rate when you book directly, and a direct line to us.
Our best rate, every time you book directly. We pass the platform savings directly to you, typically 5-10% below what you'd pay on other booking sites, depending on the season, which adds up to $100-250+ on a typical stay.
No Middleman, No Surprises. Direct guests deal with us, not platform customer service, algorithm changes, or last-minute policy updates.

Your card isn't charged until you approve it. Once you do, payment is collected in full and you're booked.
If one of these is a family tradition, or you'd like it to be, send us your request early. Past guests consistently tell us they wish they'd booked sooner.
